Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

For large or oversized items such as OEM car doors, fenders, hoods, and other body panels, additional handling time may be required to ensure safe packaging.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
We use trusted freight and parcel carriers, including:

  • FedEx / UPS Ground

  • LTL Freight Services (for oversized parts like doors and hoods)

If your order requires freight, we may contact you after purchase to confirm delivery details.

Freight Delivery Requirements (Oversized Parts)

Items such as OEM car doors, trunks, and quarter panels are shipped via freight.
Please note:

  • Freight shipments require a valid phone number for the carrier to arrange delivery.

  • Residential freight deliveries may include additional fees.

  • Purchaser is responsible for unloading large items from the truck (liftgate service may be available for an added cost).

Packaging & Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging all body parts with reinforced materials to prevent shipping damage.

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing.
If the item arrives damaged:

  1. Note the damage with the driver.

  2. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and assist with a replacement or refund.

Failure to report damage within the required time may limit our ability to assist.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within:

  • United States (48 continental states)

  • Canada (additional customs fees may apply)

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside North America for oversized parts.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Freight shipments may also include a freight tracking link or a phone call from the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ship all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

  • Inventory/warehouse processing

We will notify you if a significant delay affects your shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
